We are the largest distributor of Allied Tubes Flo-Coat® and Gatorshield® galvanized steel tubing. Many of our current customers were former users of either pre-galvanized, hot-dipped, or zinc electroplated steel tubing until they discovered all the advantages that Flo-Coat galvanized products have to offer.

What is Flo-Coat® ?

Allied’s patented triple coated galvanized tubing: coated in-line with 99.99% pure zinc followed by a conversion coating and a clear organic polymer top-coat.

What is Gatorshield® ?

A thicker layer of zinc provides even greater rust and corrosion protection for added toughness in hostile environments like greenhouses, outdoor awnings, etc.

Here’s what else you should know:

• Available size range is up to 5″ round and 4″ square with corresponding sizes in rectangles and flat-sided ovals.
• Allied’s galvanized products can be welded without any special materials or requirements.
• The clear organic topcoat acts as a primer for powder coating. Powder-coating Allied’s galvanized steel tubing provides at least 5 to 6 times greater corrosion resistance than powder coating over uncoated steel.
• We can cut tubing to any length required; we can swage the end, bend, punch and perform other fabrication.
